We’re looking for a dynamic Van Sales Supervisor to join our growing FMCG team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced field environments, with a proven record of driving sales performance, merchandising excellence, and team motivation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and lead a team of Van Sales Representatives and Merchandisers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

· Monitor stock levels, ensure product availability, and manage route efficiency.

· Implement visual merchandising standards, planograms, and promotional executions in all outlets.

· Review sales performance data, prepare daily/weekly reports, and identify opportunities for improvement.

· Ensure strict adherence to company sales policies, credit limits, and collection procedures.

· Train, coach, and evaluate field teams to enhance productivity and performance.

· Conduct regular market visits to monitor distribution, pricing, and competitor activities.

· Coordinate closely with Sales Managers and Supply Chain for order accuracy, delivery timelines, and route optimization.

Requirements:

· Proficient in English communication (spoken and written).

· Minimum 2 years of experience as a Van Sales Supervisor in the FMCG industry.

· Strong reporting and analytical skills — proficiency in Excel and sales dashboards is a must.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

· Valid UAE driving license.

· Experience in the Tobacco Division or related product categories is a strong advantage.
