Van Salesman

We are looking for a motivated Van Salesman to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling and distributing our range of FMCG products directly to retail outlets, ensuring high customer satisfaction and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell and deliver company products to existing and new customers across assigned routes.
• Ensure all deliveries are accurately invoiced and collected as per company policy.
• Maintain stock levels in the van, prepare daily route plans, and reconcile sales at the end of the day.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to grow market share.
• Promote new products and ensure product visibility in stores.
• Submit daily sales and collection reports to the Sales Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in FMCG sales or van selling in the UAE preferred.
• Valid UAE manual driving license (required).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of routes within Ajman and surrounding Emirates.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet targets.
• Preferred: Candidates holding their own visa (freelance or family-sponsored).
