What you’ll do

  • Lead end-to-end security architecture design for complex customer environments
  • Act as technical authority and escalation point for security delivery
  • Lead customer workshops and executive-level technical discussions
  • Ensure delivered solutions meet SLAs, KPIs, and compliance requirements
  • Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures aligned with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Design, implement, and manage security solutions including firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, IAM, and secure remote access.
  • Monitor security systems and respond to security incidents, vulnerabilities, and threats.
  • Define standards and requirements to manage and monitor security posture and resolve incidents.
  • Support delivery of security projects and initiatives with internal teams and external partners.
  • Provide technical guidance and recommendations to ensure projects are delivered with required quality.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in security delivery processes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the security delivery lifecycle.
  • Ensure the security delivery aligns with the relevant regulations, compliance frameworks & industry standards.

Who you are

  • 8 to 12 years of experience in security engineering or cybersecurity implementation roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Deep expertise across multiple security domains
  • Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
  • Proven teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent command of Arabic and English.
  • Experience delivering security solutions in enterprise-scale environments.
  • Strong understanding of threat management, vulnerability management, and incident response.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex security and infrastructure issues.
  • CISSP, CISM, or equivalent senior security certifications
