Vehicle Finance - Fleet

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Vehicle Finance Agent to manage and grow vehicle finance solutions for fleet clients, B2B customers, and small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs). The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between customers, dealerships, and finance providers, delivering tailored financing solutions that meet commercial and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise B2B, fleet, and SME clients on suitable vehicle finance options, including leasing, hire purchase, and structured finance solutions
• Source, assess, and process finance applications for multiple-vehicle and fleet purchases
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, financial institutions, and corporate clients
• Conduct credit assessments and gather required documentation from business clients
• Negotiate finance terms and rates with lenders to secure competitive solutions
• Manage the end-to-end finance process from initial enquiry to payout and delivery
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory, credit, and internal risk policies
• Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales growth within the fleet and SME market
• Provide ongoing support to existing clients, including refinancing and fleet expansion needs

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong understanding of vehicle finance products and commercial lending
• Experience working with fleet, B2B, or SME clients
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Ability to analyze financial statements and assess business creditworthiness
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Results-driven with a proactive sales mindset
• Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines efficiently

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in vehicle finance, asset finance, or commercial lending
• Proven experience handling fleet or SME finance portfolios
• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Diploma or degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
