Vehicle Operator (Bosnia & Herzegovina)

Core Responsibilities:

• Transporting: Safely moving people or cargo to designated locations.
• Route Planning: Using navigation apps (GPS) and local knowledge to find the most efficient routes, avoiding traffic or construction.
• Vehicle Operation: Driving defensively and obeying all traffic laws and regulations.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Performing basic checks (tires, oil, fuel) and ensuring the vehicle is clean and in good working order.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate logs for mileage, deliveries, fuel, and trip details.
• Loading/Unloading: Handling packages or assisting passengers with luggage.
• Customer Service: Interacting professionally with clients, providing receipts, and ensuring a comfortable ride.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong navigation and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems (e.g., traffic delays).
