Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Vendor Coordinator at BK Management in Lafayette, IN. The Vendor Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to the management of vendors and working with Territory Managers to ensure timely completion of work orders.

Job Duties:

• Perform diagnosis of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, gutters, lighting, and minor HVAC troubleshooting.
• Schedule and coordinate vendors for property maintenance needs.
• Work with Territory Supervisors by providing material lists, material delivery, and checklist items.
• Manage and schedule internal staff.
• Complete billing in an accurate and timely manner.
• Perform make-ready repairs as needed.
• Complete other duties as requested by management.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous residential maintenance experience required.
• Must have valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite preferred.
• Must be able to climb up and down stairs with ease and lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to regularly engage in repetitive bending, turning, twisting, kneeling, squatting, crawling, climbing, pushing, pulling, reaching out, reaching up, grasping, and pinching.
