Vendor Coordinator (Fashion Industry)

Do you have a flair for fashion, great communication skills, and a knack for managing people and processes? Closet is looking for a Vendor Coordinator to help us grow our premium fashion lending platform by onboarding and managing relationships with dress lenders – from top designers to everyday style icons.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with potential vendors via Whats-app, calls, and emails.
• Persuasively communicate Closet’s value to high-end fashion lenders.
• Coordinate pickups, contracts, and dress listings smoothly and on time.
• Track each dress's journey from form fill to photo-shoot to listing.
• Maintain organized records via Google Sheets and CRM tools.
• Ensure lender satisfaction through thoughtful, personalized communication.

What We're Looking For

1–3 years experience in:

• Fashion retail, luxury sales, or consignment/resale platforms
• Relationship management or vendor on-boarding
• CRM tools like Hub-spot, Zoho, or Google Sheets automation

Strong skills in:

• Sales, persuasion & objection handling
• Process tracking & coordination
• English + Roman Urdu communication
• Fashion knowledge (designer names, price trends, dress categories)

Bonus if you’ve worked in eCommerce, bridal, or luxury fashion!

KPIs to Watch

• Lead follow-ups within 24 hours
• Dress on-boarding targets (weekly)
• Conversion rates (form to drop-off)
• Turnaround time from lead to listing
• Lender satisfaction & repeat submissions
