Supply Chain Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Manager with strong expertise in international markets, particularly China, to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the entire supply chain cycle, from sourcing and procurement to logistics and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handson experience in Fabric Sourcing, Textile purchasing & sourcing coordinator
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.
• Handle China market operations including vendor sourcing, price negotiations, and quality assurance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to avoid shortages or overstock.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, finance, sales, and logistics) to streamline processes.
• Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in cost, quality, and delivery timelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain management with a focus on the China market.
• Strong knowledge of international logistics, import/export regulations, and customs procedures.
• Proven track record in supplier negotiations and vendor relationship management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills in English (Mandarin proficiency will be a plus).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
