The Vendor Development Manager (VDM) is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and developing reliable suppliers and vendors to ensure consistent quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of materials or services. The role involves strategic sourcing, vendor relationship management, performance improvement initiatives, and driving long-term partnerships that align with the company’s business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms
• Ensure timely procurement of quality materials
• Evaluate vendor performance and maintain records
• Coordinate with production and purchase departments for smooth operations

Requirements:

• Graduate / MBA preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in vendor or supply chain management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
