Vendor Development

• Identify, evaluate, and develop new vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement of quality materials/services.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to achieve long-term business growth.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers to optimize cost and quality.
• Conduct vendor audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company standards, UAE regulations, and international quality norms.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams for vendor approvals.
• Monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery timelines, responsiveness) and maintain vendor performance records.
• Explore opportunities for local sourcing in UAE and GCC to reduce dependency on imports.
• Support supply chain risk management and ensure continuity of supply.
