Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard local vendors across India for exam operations
- Develop and maintain a Pan India vendor database
- Source vendors for services like manpower, logistics, infrastructure, etc.
- Collect quotations and support commercial negotiations
- Complete vendor documentation and empanelment process
- Coordinate with Operations for vendor handover and execution readiness
- Ensure vendor availability as per exam schedules
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1-5 years of experience in Vendor Sourcing / Procurement / Operations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple cities/vendors simultaneously
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Comfortable with coordination calls and vendor follow-ups
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
