Vendor Development Engineer

Vendor Selection and Evaluation:

• Identify and assess potential vendors based on their capability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure that vendors adhere to the company's quality standards and perform regular quality audits.
• Work with the quality assurance team to resolve product defects or quality issues from vendors.Skills Required:
• Technical Expertise: A deep understanding of product design, materials, manufacturing processes, and quality control.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to assess problems and provide practical solutions.
• Negotiation: Ability to negotiate favorable terms with vendors, including price and delivery timelines.
• Project Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams.
• Knowledge of Industry Standards: Familiarity with industry-specific standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
• Data Analysis: Ability to analyze performance data and identify trends or areas for improvement.
• Collaboration: Ability to work closely with internal teams (engineering, procurement, and manufacturing) to ensure smooth vendor operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
