Job Position: Vendor Management Intern

The Vendor Management Intern ensures harmonious ties between the company and its diverse vendors and who determine how suppliers can integrate with a company's objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors
  • Material Sourcing from vendors
  • Monitor vendor performance and compliance with agreed standards
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure vendor processes meet organizational needs
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts with vendors swiftly and amicably
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and vendor audits
  • Prepare and present reports on vendor performance and expenditure
  • Develop strategies to optimize vendor services and reduce costs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
