As a Vendor Network Sales Associate at eBen, you’ll be instrumental in expanding and managing our vendor ecosystem across the Kingdom. You’ll identify potential partners, onboard vendors, and drive engagement to support our platform’s growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on relationship-building, negotiation, and market insight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and onboard new vendors across key categories relevant to eBen’s offerings
  • Present eBen’s value proposition and partnership benefits to prospective vendors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Negotiate commercial terms and ensure compliance with onboarding requirements
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize vendor visibility and performance
  • Monitor vendor engagement metrics and prepare regular performance reports
  • Resolve vendor inquiries and support issue resolution in coordination with internal teams
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings to refine outreach strategy

Requirements

  • Saudi National
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or vendor management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple relationships and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and vendor onboarding platforms
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
