Vendor Photographer / Videographer (Real Estate & Contractor Content)

Position Overview
CR8LA & Home Sweet Home Productions is seeking experienced vendor photographers/ videographers to join our contractor network. This role focuses on producing high-quality real estate media and marketing content for general contractors, including photography, video walkthroughs, drone footage, and short-form social media content (Reels).

We are looking for creative professionals with a strong visual eye, attention to detail, and a dependable work ethicwho can consistently deliver polished content that helps showcase properties, construction projects, and completed renovations.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture professional real estate photography and videography for residential and commercial properties
• Produce visual content for general contractors, including before/after documentation, project highlights, and marketing materials
• Shoot and deliver:
• High-quality property photos
• Video walkthroughs
• Drone photo and video footage
• Short-form vertical content such as social media clips
• Edit and deliver final media files in a timely manner
• Maintain consistent image quality, composition, and lighting across projects
• Follow shot lists and creative direction when provided
• Communicate clearly with us and project teams regarding scheduling and deliverables
• Represent Create LA professionally while on-site

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience with real estate photography and construction/project documentation
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling
• Ability to shoot both horizontal (listing media) and vertical (social media) formats
• Experience creating short-form video content for social media
• Strong time management and ability to work independently
• Reliable and professional on job sites

Equipment Requirements
Vendors must provide their own professional equipment, including:

• Mirrorless camera capable of high-resolution photo and video
• Wide-angle lens suitable for interior real estate photography
• Stabilization equipment (tripod or gimbal)
• Drone with appropriate licensing (preferred)

Additional Requirements

• FAA Part 107 Drone License (preferred for drone operators)
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites
• Must operate as an independent contractor/vendor
• Portfolio demonstrating real estate, architecture, or contractor-related content
