Venue / Oprations Manager (in Bali)

The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

· To ensure that the venue and its assets look perfect and are maintained in the highest order at all times

· Observe activities to ensure adherence to policies and operating procedures

· Initiate required repair, improvement and maintenance works and check on the ongoing and completed projects to ensure that established standards have been met

· Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the venue functions including engineering functions

· Responsible for overseeing the events operations ensuring the highest order and safety at all times as well as ensuring the implementation of the the highest standards

· Supervise the daily activities of all engineering department

· Assists in the implementation, co-ordination and monitoring of safety regulations

· Handle suggestions and complaints by colleagues and recommends appropriate action to the Engineering Department

· To perform other operational duties that may be required

Qualifications, Experience and Education Requirements

· Proven work experience as venue manager, operation manager, maintenance manager or similar role

· Extensive knowledge in hospitality industry and its standards

· Strong leadership, motivational and people skills

· Degree in Business Administration, hospitality management, or relative field

· Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Quinos System

· Able to effectively communicate with all levels of colleagues

· Experience in working in the highly dynamic and busy environment

· A high level of Bahasa knowledge is a plus
