About the Role

In this role, you’ll make outbound calls, verify customer details, answer questions, and deliver a smooth and professional experience on every interaction. Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to verify customer information.
• Listen carefully, identify needs, and provide clear, accurate responses.
• Record and maintain customer details in the system with precision.
• Upsell or recommend products/services when appropriate.
• Deliver excellent service with positivity and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center environment.
• Education: High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Excellent listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, customer-focused attitude with rapport-building ability.
• Basic computer literacy and data entry knowledge.
