About the Role

Leads Expert BPO is looking for confident, energetic, and detail-oriented professionals to join our Medicare campaign as Call Center Verifiers. In this role, you’ll connect with clients over outbound calls, verify customer details, and ensure every interaction meets the highest standards of professionalism and compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to verify customer information.
• Actively listen and identify customer needs with precision.
• Record accurate and complete data in the system.
• Recommend or upsell products/services when appropriate.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-first approach on every call.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of call center experience (Medicare / ACA experience preferred).
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent English communication skills (both spoken & written).
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
• Basic computer skills and accurate data entry proficiency.
