• Handle inbound and .outbound calls in a professional way and courteous manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and consistently meet daily and monthly sales targets.
• Accurately document customer information in the related forms and sheets.
• Meet or exceed performance targets,including call quality and productivity metrics.
• Collaborate and assist fellow team members with sales activities.
• Adhere to call center scripts,protocols and compliance regulations to ensure consistency and legal compliance.
• Keep Management updated on any issue ,conflicts,or areas of concern.
