We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Call Center Verifier to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to verify information provided by customers during sales calls to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities:

· Verify customer information provided during sales calls to ensure accuracy and completeness.

· Conduct thorough checks of customer data against internal databases and external sources.

· Identify and correct discrepancies or inconsistencies in customer information.

· Communicate with sales representatives and customers to gather additional information as needed.

· Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data privacy and confidentiality.

· Document verification results and maintain accurate records in the company's database.

· Collaborate with team members to streamline verification processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

· At least 2 Years of call center experience required.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

· Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
