Job Description

Strive BPO LLP is hiring experienced Medicare Self Verifiers to join our growing team. If you have experience handling Medicare verification calls and can confidently verify qualified leads while maintaining quality standards, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of Medicare Self Verification experience
• Excellent English communication skills
• Good listening and objection-handling skills
• Ability to work night shifts
• Punctual, professional, and target-oriented
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Verify Medicare leads according to campaign guidelines
• Ensure all required information is accurate and complete
• Maintain quality and compliance standards
• Update CRM accurately after each verification
• Meet daily verification targets
