We are currently looking for a Veterinary Client Care Specialist to join our team on weekends to help support our growing caseload and ensure pets in our community have access to quality care when they need it most.

Job Description

Front-Of-House Management: Orchestrate daily clinic flow by managing high-volume scheduling, efficient check-ins/outs, and accurate payment processing.

Client Advocacy & Triage: Act as the first point of contact to evaluate client concerns, direct inquiries to medical staff, and provide compassionate, discreet emotional support during sensitive medical situations.

Clinic Maintenance: Ensure a welcoming, clinical environment while adhering to safety protocols for zoonotic diseases and animal handling.

Professional Growth: Committed to continuous improvement through proactive participation in virtual and hands-on clinical training.

Weekend Requirement: Saturday and Sunday availability is required for this position, starting at 8:30 am

Flexiable weekday avalibility as needed.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring to the Team:

Industry Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a veterinary front-desk or clinical setting (required).

Interpersonal Excellence: A calm, compassionate demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively and work seamlessly within a team.

Operational Skills: Exceptional organizational habits and proficiency with modern computer systems/veterinary software.
