We are seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at Rancho Viejo Animal Hospital. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their beloved pets, playing a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting our veterinary staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate patient records.
• Assist clients with inquiries regarding services, treatments, and pet care.
• Process payments and handle transactions efficiently.
• Support veterinary staff with administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of veterinary terminology and animal handling techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
