Vice President Human Resources

Vice President, Human Resources & Compliance, Blue Bell, PA (Onsite), $80,000–$90,000 + up to $10,000 bonus


Join a growing physician-led healthcare management organization that partners with hospitals and health systems across the country to deliver emergency, hospitalist, critical care, behavioral health, and post-acute physician coverage. This is a newly created role supporting a multi-site organization of approximately 200 employees , offering a great opportunity for a hands-on HR leader who enjoys building processes, ensuring compliance, and partnering closely with executive leadership.


Vice President, Human Resources & Compliance – Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted HR and compliance advisor to executive leadership while supporting day-to-day HR operations.

Oversee multi-state labor law compliance, including wage & hour regulations, exempt/non-exempt classifications, overtime, PTO, FMLA, and ADA.

Draft, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.

Manage employee relations matters, including investigations and resolution of complex workplace issues.

Lead and support the HR function, ensuring smooth HR operations across multiple locations.

Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and talent strategy.

Provide coaching and performance management guidance to managers and leadership teams.

Support new program launches and expansion into additional states as the organization grows.


Vice President, Human Resources & Compliance – Requirements

5+ years of progressive HR experience within the healthcare industry .

Experience supporting multi-site and multi-state organizations .

Strong knowledge of labor and employment law , including wage & hour compliance.

Experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Hands-on, execution-focused leadership style with strong communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree required; HR certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred .

Experience supporting Emergency Medicine or Hospitalist groups strongly preferred .


Schedule

Fully onsite role based in Blue Bell, PA , with occasional travel required to support program launches and operational needs.
