About DWG Capital Partners
DWG Capital Partners is a real estate investment and capital markets firm focused on industrial net lease acquisitions and private equity-backed sale-leasebacks across the U.S. Founded by Judd Dunning, former co-founder of Newmark’s West LA division, DWG owns and manages over 1.1 million SF across 10 states, with $104M AUM and $2B in historical closings across 41 states.
DWG is scaling toward $500M+ AUM through its Great American Industrial Fund, strategic roll-ups, and programmatic JV syndication. The culture is fast-paced, founder-driven, creative, and rooted in fiduciary trust, high-touch investor service, and a patriotic belief in American manufacturing and onshoring.
Position Overview
DWG seeks a Vice President of Investor Relations & Capital Markets to lead capital raises across individual acquisitions, fund vehicles, and roll-up strategies. The candidate must be driven, highly organized, and relationally gifted with a warm, professional demeanor. They will support deal-specific equity campaigns, maintain investor communications, manage CRM hygiene, and coordinate post-close servicing.
