The Opportunity


We are partnering with a rapidly scaling technology company in the workforce solutions sector to appoint a VP of Marketing who will join the executive leadership team and help shape the organisation’s next phase of growth.


The business has experienced exceptional expansion in recent years , building a strong and loyal client base across multiple industries in Saudi Arabia. Following a recent institutional funding round , the company is entering a significant growth phase as it expands its product portfolio and regional presence across the MENA market.


This appointment represents a rare opportunity to build and lead a world-class marketing function within a high-growth SaaS platform operating in one of the region’s most dynamic technology sectors.


The Role


Reporting directly to the CEO , the VP of Marketing will operate with CMO-level responsibility for the organisation’s overall marketing strategy, brand positioning and demand generation.

You will be responsible for building a scalable and data-driven marketing function that supports ambitious growth targets, strengthens market positioning, and accelerates customer acquisition across multiple business segments.

As a member of the executive leadership team, you will also play an important role in shaping commercial strategy and supporting the organisation’s long-term regional expansion .


Key Responsibilities


  • Define and deliver the overall marketing and brand strategy
  • Build a scalable demand generation engine to drive a qualified pipeline
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for multiple product offerings
  • Establish the marketing technology stack and analytics infrastructure
  • Drive digital acquisition and product-led growth initiatives
  • Lead PR and thought leadership activity to strengthen market presence
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team
  • Partner closely with the executive team on growth strategy and expansion initiatives


The Ideal Candidate


We are seeking a high-impact marketing leader with strong experience in technology or SaaS environments , particularly organisations that have scaled rapidly.

Key qualifications include:


  • 8–12 years of experience in B2B marketing , including senior leadership roles
  • Proven experience supporting high-growth technology or SaaS organisations
  • Strong expertise in demand generation and go-to-market strategy
  • Experience building data-driven marketing functions
  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • A builder mentality , with experience in establishing marketing functions within scaling organisations
