Q Care Plus is redefining virtual care. We’re seeking a visionary VP of Clinical Services to lead our national telemedicine provider team, ensuring clinical excellence, patient safety, and strategic alignment with our mission to deliver stigma-free, high-quality care.
What You’ll Do

Lead and manage remote clinical providers across the U.S.

Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, SOPs, and performance metrics.

Supervise clinician subject matter experts and support provider engagement.

Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer to execute clinical strategy.

Partner with Avita Care Solutions and internal teams to ensure compliance, productivity, and documentation accuracy.

Drive program updates aligned with business goals and best practices.

Maintain a 75% leadership focus with 25% direct patient care.
What We’re Looking For

Clinical credentials: MD, DO, APRN, or MA.

AAHIVM Specialist certification and HealthHIV Prevention Certified Provider (PCP) program certification

Proven leadership in clinical operations, especially in telemedicine.

Strong grasp of compliance, documentation, and quality improvement.

Experience managing remote teams and scaling clinical services.

Strategic thinker with cross-functional collaboration skills.

Salary range: $230,000 to $325,000 per year, based on credentials and geographic location
