Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:
The Vice President for Clinical Staffing and Human Performance will be responsible for:

Overseeing the operations and P&L of PSI’s existing clinical staffing portfolio within MQS, MQS2-NG, DHS and VA ICSP. Each clinical staffing project manager will report to the Vice President.

Growth of clinical staffing portfolio within MQS2-NG, VA ICSP, DHS and outside these contracts.

Overseeing the operations and P&L of PSI’s existing human performance portfolio within H2F and SMIP contracts. Each human performance project manager will report to the Vice President.

Growth of human performance portfolio beyond H2F and SMIP.

Participating in business development efforts for PSI to include Rural Health Transformation Program opportunities.
