Moorings Park is seeking a visionary Vice President of Data & Analytics to drive enterprise-wide data strategy, innovation, and digital transformation. About the Role

The Vice President of Data & Analytics will lead Moorings Park’s efforts to harness data and emerging technologies to improve operations, enhance resident and partner experiences, and position the organization as a data-empowered leader in the senior living industry. You will oversee organizational data strategy, architecture, governance, and analytics, and champion technology-enabled innovation in collaboration with executive and operational leaders.

You’ll report to the CFO and directly supervise roles such as the Clinical Informatics Analyst and Software Engineer. This position plays a pivotal leadership role in aligning enterprise systems, technology platforms, and analytic tools with our strategic goals and resident-centered mission.


Key Responsibilities

Data Strategy & Governance

  • Develop and lead an enterprise data strategy that integrates internal and external data as strategic assets.
  • Implement data governance policies and practices across departments and systems.
  • Oversee data integrity, quality, architecture, and security.

Technology-Enabled Innovation

  • Champion a culture of data-driven innovation and operational excellence.
  • Lead initiatives applying AI, automation, and digital tools to improve clinical workflows, resident experience, and partner engagement.
  • Stay abreast of trends in senior living, healthcare, and hospitality tech.

Systems Evaluation & Integration

  • Evaluate and guide adoption of digital tools through the lens of data strategy and interoperability.
  • Lead ROI analysis, system lifecycle planning, and vendor reviews to inform capital planning.
  • Align enterprise systems with long-term innovation goals.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Provide strategic direction to analytics and innovation team members.
  • Collaborate closely with Technology Operations and department heads to ensure alignment across infrastructure, systems, and strategy.
  • Act as a change agent across all campuses to promote adoption of new tools and digital workflows.


Qualifications

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language required
  • During emergencies or natural disasters may be required to be on duty for the duration of the disaster.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Data Science, Business, Health Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Additional certifications in analytics, innovation, or data governance a plus.

Experience

  • 7–10 years of progressive leadership in data strategy, innovation, digital transformation, or IT strategy.
  • Proven success in leading digital initiatives in complex, multi-site environments.
  • Background in senior living or healthcare preferred.

Skills

  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and project leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent communicator and influencer across disciplines and levels.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms, AI tools, analytics dashboards, and cloud solutions.
  • Ability to evaluate technology from a data integration and ROI lens.
