What You Will Be Doing

• Developing comprehensive AI Opportunity Matrices that strategically rank customer problems by AI feasibility, business value, and risk - creating the decision framework for our GenAI investment priorities
• Architecting AI-Enhanced Product Roadmaps that transform our current offerings into next-generation solutions, balancing quick-win implementations with transformative capabilities
• Crafting precise AI Feature Requirements that translate advanced capabilities into actionable user stories with rigorous acceptance criteria, performance benchmarks, and resilient fallback behaviors
• Conducting Customer AI Readiness Assessments to identify adoption barriers and develop targeted enablement strategies that accelerate successful implementation

• Navigating bureaucratic approval processes or enduring micromanagement that constrains your strategic vision and execution
• Making technical decisions in isolation from customer needs or business objectives
• Managing incremental product improvements without meaningful AI integration
• Focusing on a single product line when your expertise can transform an entire portfolio

Vice President Of Products Key Responsibilities

Drive measurable business growth by strategically integrating Generative AI capabilities across IgniteTech's entire portfolio to maximize customer engagement, retention, and competitive differentiation.

Basic Requirements

• Proven track record of successfully shipping at least 2 production-grade products or major features with AI/ML as core components (not prototypes or experiments)
• Demonstrated experience managing the complete product lifecycle for AI-enabled solutions, from initial concept through scaled deployment
• Established history of effective collaboration with data science and ML engineering teams in a product leadership capacity

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
