Job Description

Basic: • 12 or more years of work experience with a bachelor’s Degree or at least 10 years of experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 8 years of work experience with a PhD • Demonstrated success partnering with senior executives and C-suite leaders in a large-scale, highly matrixed organization • Proven ability to lead enterprise People processes, including performance, compensation, promotion, talent review, and succession planning, across complex organizations • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect people strategy to business priorities and measurable outcomes • Demonstrated ability to lead through complexity, ambiguity, and sustained organizational transformation • Experience using data and insights to diagnose organizational issues, influence decisions, and drive action • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility at the most senior levels Preferred: 15 or more years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, PhD) Experience in financial services, payments, technology, or other large-scale, fast-paced environments Experience in data-rich, technology-enabled, or AI-forward environments Experience partnering closely with Finance on workforce planning, investment decisions, and cost management Experience supporting a regional business or operating in a North America-focused leadership roleU.S. Applicants Only
The estimated salary range for this position is $254,500.00 to $ 445,400.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.Work Hours

Travel Requirements
This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements
This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
