Description

The Vice President of Creative Store Design is the architect of Victoria’s Secret’s and PINK’s new chapter of physical retail. This role brings together fashion, entertainment, and spatial design to create store environments that feel cinematic, expressive, and culturally alive. From bold flagship moments to intimate in-store experiences, the VP shapes how the brand performs in the real world.

This leader treats stores as stages—where product, movement, light, sound, and emotion come together to tell a story. The result: environments that captivate, entertain, and turn shopping into an experience worth showing up for.

Fashion-Led Creative Vision

  • Define and evolve a store design vision rooted in fashion, glamour, and modern sensuality
  • Translate runway, campaign, and brand storytelling into immersive physical environments
  • Create spaces that feel editorial, elevated, and emotionally charged
  • Ensure stores express confidence, allure, and empowerment in a contemporary, inclusive way

Entertainment & Experience Design

  • Reimagine stores as experiential destinations, not just points of sale
  • Design moments of drama, reveal, and performance—through lighting, scale, rhythm, and choreography of space
  • Incorporate elements inspired by entertainment, stage design, and visual storytelling
  • Explore sensory layers such as sound, movement, digital content, and interactive moments

Concept Development & Flagship Expression

  • Lead the design of new concepts, seasonal evolutions, and iconic flagship experiences
  • Set the creative direction for architecture, interiors, fixtures, materials, and finishes
  • Push bold, fashion-forward ideas while maintaining brand coherence across the fleet
  • Use flagships as innovation labs that inspire global rollout

Creative Collaboration

  • Work in close partnership with Brand Creative, Marketing, and Visual teams to ensure cohesive storytelling
  • Align store design with campaigns, product drops, and cultural moments
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to bring high-impact ideas to life without compromising creative intent

Team Leadership & Creative Culture

  • Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers and creative thinkers
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, critique, and bold creative expression
  • Encourage fashion- and entertainment-inspired thinking across the design organization
  • Develop future creative leaders with strong points of view

Execution with Intent

  • Balance spectacle with function, ensuring stores perform as beautifully as they look
  • Evolve store design to reflect how customers engage with brands, media, and experiences today
  • Oversee budgets, timelines, and cross functional partners while protecting the creative vision
  • Ensure excellence in execution across all markets and formats
