Summary:
The Vice President of Talent acquisition leads the Center of Excellence and serves as a strategic partner in the design, development and execution of talent acquisition and workforce strategies in support of the organization’s strategic plan (s). This impactful role partners closely with the Chief Human Resources Officer, Human Resources Leadership team, business leaders, and internal and external stakeholders in the development, implementation, and measurement of talent philosophy and strategy that aligns with the company’s mission, vision, and values. This role is key in building talent capabilities that ensures organizational talent is ready to meet current and future business needs.
Responsibilities:
Education and Certification Requirements: Bachelors: Human Resources (Required)
Required Work Experience: Ten (10) years progressive leadership experience in Recruitment/Talent acquisition in a healthcare setting.
Other Information: Masters degree preferred. Additional Education Info: Human Resources or In a job related field.
