Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Principal in overall academic and administrative leadership of the school (Grades 4 – Matric).
  • Ensure effective teaching and learning through curriculum supervision, teacher mentoring, and performance evaluation.
  • Maintain discipline, punctuality, and student conduct in alignment with school policies.
  • Collaborate with faculty, parents, and management to promote a positive and supportive school environment.
  • Monitor academic performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Lead and organize staff meetings, training sessions, and co-curricular programs.
  • Act as Acting Principal when required.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Education/Management or relevant field (B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred).
  • Minimum 3 + years of teaching experience and at least 2–3 years in an administrative/leadership role .
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to maintain discipline, motivate teachers, and ensure high academic standards.
  • Familiarity with Matriculation curriculum and examination systems.
