Position Summary

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer to join our dynamic Digital Marketing Team. This role is perfect for a talented individual who combines artistic vision with technical expertise to create engaging video content that resonates with healthcare audiences and drives our marketing objectives forward.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production & Editing

• Edit and produce high-quality video content for various digital platforms including social media, website, and marketing campaigns
• Create compelling video narratives that align with AIMS Healthcare's brand identity and messaging
• Manage video projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring timely completion
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video content strategies

Motion Graphics & Animation

• Design and create engaging motion graphics and animations for healthcare-focused content
• Develop animated explainer videos, promotional materials, and educational content
• Create dynamic visual elements that enhance video storytelling and user engagement
• Ensure all motion graphics maintain consistency with brand guidelines

Healthcare Content Creation

• Develop video content specifically tailored for healthcare, corporate, and social media environments
• Create patient education videos, promotional materials, and internal communication content
• Ensure all content meets healthcare industry standards and compliance requirements
• Adapt content for different audiences including patients, healthcare professionals, and corporate stakeholders

Technical Production

• Operate and maintain video editing equipment and software
• Manage digital assets and maintain organized file systems
• Optimize video content for various platforms and formats
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement quality control measures

Required Qualifications

Experience & Education

• 2-3 years of experience in the medical field (healthcare industry knowledge essential)
• Proven track record in video editing and motion graphics design
• Portfolio demonstrating expertise in healthcare, corporate, or social media content creation

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or similar professional tools)
• Strong understanding of video editing principles, color correction, and audio editing
• Experience with motion graphics design and 2D animation
• Knowledge of various video formats, compression techniques, and platform requirements
• Familiarity with digital asset management and workflow optimization

Creative Abilities

• Demonstrated ability to create engaging motion graphics and animations
• Strong visual storytelling skills with attention to detail
• Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Ability to translate complex healthcare concepts into accessible visual content

Industry Knowledge

• Experience creating content for healthcare, corporate, or social media environments (preferred)
• Understanding of healthcare marketing regulations and compliance requirements
• Knowledge of patient privacy considerations in content creation
• Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare communication standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field
• Experience with additional software such as Cinema 4D, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices
• Understanding of social media platform specifications and requirements
• Bilingual capabilities (Arabic/English) preferred for Dubai market
