WILUMINATY TV is building a high-volume, high-impact fashion media ecosystem. We are commissioning a Video Content Creator to conceptualize, produce, and deliver 365 premium-quality videos within one calendar year aligned with our 33 signature segments.

Each segment carries a unique identity and narrative framework. The creator must maintain tonal consistency while adapting storytelling per category.

Deliverables Annual Output:

• 365 Videos
• Minimum 5 minutes per video
• Maximum 60 minutes per video
• Delivered in 1080p to 4K resolution
• Platform-optimized versions (YouTube, Instagram, Shorts, etc.)

Monthly Output:

• 30–31 videos
• Content calendar planning submission in advance
• Raw footage + Final edit submission

Per Video Must Include:

• Hook (first 10 seconds retention optimized)
• Structured storytelling format
• Clean audio and professional-grade visuals
• Branded intro/outro (WILUMINATY TV format)
• SEO-optimized title & description
• Thumbnail concept

Role Responsibilities

The Video Content Creator will:

• Develop content concepts aligned with assigned segments
• Script or outline episodes
• Shoot and edit independently (or manage crew if applicable)
• Conduct interviews where required
• Coordinate models/designers/guests (as needed)
• Maintain consistent brand tone
• Deliver on strict timeline

This is an execution-heavy role. Discipline and creative stamina are non-negotiable.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for:

• Strong on-camera presence or directing capability
• Fashion-industry awareness
• Professional video production skills
• Editing expertise (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci)
• Understanding of storytelling + retention psychology
• Ability to commit for full 12 months

Payment Structure (Flexible Model)

Per Video Compensation:
₹100 – ₹1,000 per approved video

Payment value will depend on:

• Duration (5 min vs 60 min format)
• Production quality
• Research depth
• Segment complexity
• Engagement performance
• Brand alignment

Higher-quality output = higher payout tier. Simple.

Payment Clearance Timeline

• Payment will be released 60 days after video submission and approval.
• The 60-day cycle ensures:
• Content review
• Quality audit
• Compliance check
• Monetization assessment
• Sponsor integration review (if applicable)

This is a structured media production pipeline — not instant payout freelance work.

Sponsor Bonus Multiplier

If your video is:

• Selected by sponsors

Payment for that video will be doubled.

Example:

• ₹800 base video → ₹1,600 if sponsor-selected
• ₹1,000 base video → ₹2,000 if sponsor-selected
