Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and creative Video Content Creator & Presenter to represent our real estate brand through engaging and high-quality video content. The ideal candidate should have a strong on-camera presence and the ability to present property projects in an attractive and professional way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging video content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Present real estate projects on camera with confidence and clarity
• Visit project sites to record property tours and promotional videos
• Plan and execute creative ideas for reels, ads, and marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies
• Stay updated with social media trends and real estate market insights
• Maintain a professional appearance and brand image in all content

Requirements:

• Confident personality with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable and natural in front of the camera
• Basic knowledge of video recording and social media platforms
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Experience in content creation, hosting, or presenting is a plus
• Interest in real estate or property marketing preferred
