About the Role

Work Generations is looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer who can create animated content, AI-based reels, and engaging social media posts. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design and hands-on experience in both static and motion content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media posts (static & animated)
• Create AI-based reels and short-form video content
• Develop 2D animations and motion graphics
• Work on carousel posts, ads, and branding materials
• Plan and schedule social media content
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
• Stay updated with latest design and social media trends

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design and animation
• Strong skills in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro
• Experience creating reels, animations, and video content
• Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Basic knowledge of AI design tools (bonus)
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Preferred

• Experience in digital marketing or agency environment
• Knowledge of content strategy and posting schedules
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
