Your Mission

We’re seeking a Video Content Creator & Social Media Marketing Specialist who can not only plan, shoot, and edit compelling videos, but also strategically distribute and manage that content across platforms to drive patient consultations and position us as the #1 provider.

What You'll Do

• Plan, film, and edit short-form and long-form videos (YouTube, TikTok, Reels, etc.)
• Manage and post content calendars across social channels (IG, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Write and optimize captions, titles, and descriptions for SEO, engagement, and conversions
• Create and manage paid ad creatives for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Track content performance and adjust strategy to maximize reach and leads
• Capture and edit patient testimonials, treatment journeys, and doctor features
• Develop FAQ videos, before-and-after showcases, and office walk-throughs

You’re a Fit If You…

• Have 2+ years of experience in both video content creation AND social media marketing
• Understand how to drive conversions through editing, storytelling, and CTAs
• Have proven experience growing and managing social media accounts (please provide examples/links)
• Are confident working in clinical, office, or business settings
• Edit with Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
• (Bonus) Experience in dental, plastic surgery, or aesthetic healthcare industries
