We are seeking a Content Editor who operates at both the execution and direction level—capable of producing high-impact video content while also shaping how that content comes to life. This role is responsible for driving on-brand video across YouTube and social platforms, ensuring every piece reinforces a top-of-the-market presence.
This is not a passive editing role. This is a hands-on operator who can execute, direct, and continuously evolve how content is created through both craft and technology.
What You’ll Do
- Produce and edit on-brand video content across YouTube, Instagram, and emerging platforms
- Lead creative direction for content—defining tone, pacing, visual style, and overall execution
- Translate brand positioning into clear, consistent, and elevated visual output
- Guide shoots and content capture when needed, ensuring alignment with creative vision
- Execute content that is not just visually strong—but strategically aligned
- Integrate motion, pacing, and sound design tailored to platform behavior
- Leverage AI tools to increase speed, enhance quality, and expand creative output
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine concepts and deliver against content objectives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of organization and accountability
Capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong ability to both execute and direct creative
- Experience producing content specifically for YouTube and social platforms
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement
- Working knowledge of AI tools integrated into content workflows
- Ability to execute quickly without compromising quality
- Strong visual judgment and attention to detail
Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating both editing and creative direction (required)
- Completion of a test project as part of the interview process
- Ability to work from either Miami or Hamptons office

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
