About the Role

We are hiring a Video Creator & Editor to lead short-form social video production for the US market within the wellness and lifestyle space.

This role combines hands-on editing expertise with the ability to independently shoot reactive content when needed. The ideal candidate understands how mixed-media content performs in feeds and is comfortable working across live-action, AI-generated visuals, and hybrid production environments.

You will play a key role in shaping the brand’s social video presence, from social media product launches to always-on content and fast-turnaround reactive moments. This position requires creative judgment, strong technical execution, video templatization and openness to AI-assisted workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Video Creation & Editing

• Edit short-form content for different social media platforms.
• Build strong first-frame hooks
• Shape pacing and rhythm for social feeds
• Adapt campaign footage into modular social assets
• Support product launch video concepts
• Reactive Shooting
• Shoot reactive social content independently
• Help capture product and lifestyle content in fast-turnaround scenarios
• Capture product and lifestyle content in fast-turnaround scenarios
• Optimize edits for retention, watch time, and completion rate
• Apply platform best practices for structure, timing, captions, and sound

Format Awareness

• Stay current on emerging social video formats
• Participate in global agency video inspirational sessions
• Track evolving wellness and lifestyle aesthetics
• Propose new formats before they become saturated
• Align trends with brand positioning

AI & Mixed Media (Required)

• Use AI-assisted video tools as part of daily workflow
• Integrate AI-generated visuals into edited content
• Blend live-action, creator footage, and AI assets seamlessly
• Test new generative formats aligned with brand tone

Collaboration

• Work closely with AD and Social Creative
• Work closely with Barcelona based Video Editors
• Contribute to visual cohesion across static and motion
• Maintain organized files and efficient workflows

Video Shooting (Nice to Have)

• Operate basic lighting and sound setups
• Execute quick studio or on-location shoots

• 3–6 years of experience in digital or social video editing
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social-first video systems
• Strong short-form portfolio
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro
• Working knowledge of After Effects
• Ability to shoot reactive social content independently
• Fluency in CapCut or other mobile-first editing platforms
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted video tools
• Understanding of US wellness and lifestyle content

Nice to Have

• Experience operating basic lighting and sound setups
• Experience executing quick studio or on-location shoots
• Video 3D or CGI integration knowledge

Languages

• English (mandatory)
• Spanish (preferably)
