Job Title:Director of Real Estate Videography

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced, visionary, and hands on Director of Videography to lead our visual storytelling and elevate the way we present our real estate listings and brand. This role goes beyond filming, you’ll be responsible for setting the creative tone, directing shoots, managing post-production, and ensuring every video asset aligns with our brand identity and engages potential buyers across all platforms.

You will oversee all videography operations, guide videographers (if applicable), and work directly with the marketing team and leadership to develop high impact video content strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct and lead all real estate video production, including pre production planning, on site filming, and post production

Shoot high quality video content of property interiors, exteriors, lifestyle features, and drone footage.

Oversee editing and post production workflows (editing, color grading, sound, graphics, etc.).

Develop visual standards, shot lists, and style guides for consistent brand representation.

Collaborate with agents and marketing team to create storytelling driven video strategies for listings, brand marketing, and social media.

Stay up to date with visual trends in real estate, social media, and video marketing.

Manage and maintain video equipment, and recommend upgrades as needed.

Lead or coordinate a small creative/video team.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a lead videographer, director, or senior video content creator preferably in real estate, luxury, or lifestyle content.

Advanced proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

Strong skills in camera operation, lighting, audio, and drone videography.

Deep understanding of storytelling, composition, pacing, and visual branding.

Experience managing video pipelines from concept to delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

Photography skills (interior, lifestyle, or real estate)

Experience creating engaging vertical content for Instagram Reels, Meta, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.

Familiarity with video analytics, content performance, and optimization strategies.

Background in directing or managing creative/video teams.
