About the Role
Goocast is hiring a motivated
Business Development Executive
to join our growing studio team.
This role is ideal for someone with
1–3 years of experience in business development or sales
, preferably within
media production houses or creative environments
.
The ideal candidate understands how studios and podcasts operate, enjoys building long-term relationships, and can turn opportunities into sustainable revenue.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities with brands, creators, agencies, and businesses.

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.

Present and sell podcast studio services, recording packages, production solutions, and add-ons.

Conduct studio tours and clearly explain Goocast’s workflows, capabilities, and service offerings.

Develop strategic partnerships with agencies, content creators, and corporate teams.

Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and commercial offers based on client needs.

Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.

Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Monitor market trends, competitors, and new growth opportunities within the podcast and content space.
Requirements & Qualifications
-
1–3 years of experience in business development or sales.

Previous experience in a media production house or a creative agency is highly preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Confident, professional, and comfortable interacting with clients on and off camera.

Ability to understand creative services and translate them into clear business value.
-
Self-motivated with a growth-focused, results-driven mindset.

Ability to work on-site in a studio environment.
