Business Development Executive

About the Role

Goocast is hiring a motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing studio team.

This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales , preferably within media production houses or creative environments .

The ideal candidate understands how studios and podcasts operate, enjoys building long-term relationships, and can turn opportunities into sustainable revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities with brands, creators, agencies, and businesses.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Present and sell podcast studio services, recording packages, production solutions, and add-ons.
  • Conduct studio tours and clearly explain Goocast’s workflows, capabilities, and service offerings.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with agencies, content creators, and corporate teams.
  • Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and commercial offers based on client needs.
  • Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and new growth opportunities within the podcast and content space.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Previous experience in a media production house or a creative agency is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident, professional, and comfortable interacting with clients on and off camera.
  • Ability to understand creative services and translate them into clear business value.
  • Self-motivated with a growth-focused, results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work on-site in a studio environment.
