We are seeking an experienced and talented Video Editor to join our multidisciplinary powerhouse, the Creative Studio, on a contract basis. This individual will play an essential role in crafting compelling brand, product, and executive video content that supports various business groups across the organization. Combining technical skills with artistic creativity, the ideal candidate will push the boundaries of storytelling through video, motion graphics, and sound design. Responsibilities:
Create Content:
Craft engaging narratives by editing large sets of footage into standout visual narratives for a variety of formats (brand reels, social media content, promotional videos, corporate presentation, instructional materials, etc.).
Develop and enhance 2D graphical language for the brand through advanced motion design skills.
Perform audio and sound mixing to refine the auditory aspects of the video, ensuring high-quality results.
Perform color correction and finishing.
Collaborate and Communicate:
Report directly to the Creative Studio manager, supporting diverse business groups.
Partner with creative project managers, producers, and marketing managers throughout the project lifecycle, interpreting creative briefs and ensuring alignment.
Workflow and Precision:
Manage varied formats of source footage covering different quality levels, optimizing edits for consistency.
Maintain organized workflows, adhering to daily operational standards and project timelines.
Handle multiple ongoing assignments with efficiency and accuracy, delivering on tight deadlines.
Elevate Quality:
Continuously strive to raise the creative bar for video execution.
Apply an innovative approach to elevate video production and design standards.
Requirement:
Core Skills:
Expertise in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Da Vinci Resolve.
Expertise in the entire Adobe Creative Suite.
Proficiency in advanced motion design and crafting visually cohesive 2D animations.
Strong ability in audio and sound mixing for high-quality multimedia integration.
Keen attention to detail and a sharp editorial instinct for impactful storytelling.
Deep technical understanding of managing and optimizing footage from varied formats (e.g., smartphone footage, high-quality RED/ARRI digital cinema footage).
Proficiency with Generative AI workflows is highly desirable, though not a mandatory requirement.

Experience:
Minimum of 5+ years as a video editor, animator, or in a similar creative role preferably within an agency, corporate, or production environment.
A comprehensive portfolio or showreel showcasing relevant work in video editing and motion design.
Bachelor's degree in Film, Multimedia, Video/Media Production, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
