Video Editor

We are seeking a talented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through video and possess strong technical skills in editing software. The Video Editor will work closely with our creative team to bring concepts to life, ensuring high-quality video content across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into compelling videos that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute video ideas.
• Incorporate music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance the overall production value.
• Ensure seamless transitions and continuity throughout the editing process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and editing techniques to continually improve quality and efficiency.
• Manage and organize video files, maintaining an efficient workflow.
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Provide constructive feedback and contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions.
• Adapt to feedback and make revisions as necessary to meet client or team expectations.
• Maintain an understanding of different video formats and specifications for various platforms (social media, web, broadcast, etc.).
• Collaborate with other team members, such as animators, graphic designers, and producers, to achieve cohesive results.
• Occasionally assist with on-site filming or photography as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing editing skills and creative projects.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of video production principles, including framing, lighting, and composition.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in editing style.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and contribute innovative ideas.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in film, media production, or related field preferred, but not required.
• Experience with color correction and audio editing is beneficial.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
• Passion for storytelling and creating engaging visual content.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
