- Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Stories, and YouTube videos
- Create and integrate motion graphics, text animations, transitions, and visual effects using After Effects or similar tools
- Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and designers to bring creative concepts to life
- Cut, color grade, sound mix, and finalize video content for publishing
- Optimize videos for platform specifications (aspect ratio, duration, thumbnail, etc.)
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all video content
- Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Stay updated with social media trends, audio memes, and viral formats
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of professional video editing experience, especially in social media content
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and/or Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, illustrator
- Strong skills in motion graphics and animation
- Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, export settings, and social media algorithms
- Experience editing for both mobile-first and desktop platforms
- Strong storytelling and pacing skills
- Ability to work independently and within a creative team
