Key Responsibilities:

• Edit faceless YouTube automation videos using provided voiceovers, stock footage, and assets.
• Maintain engaging pacing, storytelling, and structure to retain viewer attention.
• Add text animations, transitions, sound effects, and background music for a polished final product.
• Follow project briefs and editing guidelines for different niches (e.g., business, luxury, tech, motivation, etc.).
• Manage and organize video assets efficiently within the shared project folders.

Requirements (Must-Have Skills):

• Intermediate-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects (mandatory).
• Previous experience editing YouTube automation or similar faceless videos.
• Understanding of YouTube pacing, storytelling, and retention-based editing.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver on time.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to maintaining editing quality.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Basic skills in motion graphics or text animation.
• Familiarity with stock footage libraries, B-roll, and copyright-free assets.
• Understanding of different video formats and export settings for YouTube.
• Creative mindset and willingness to adapt to new video styles and formats.
