Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Video Editor & Social Media Executive who can create conversion-focused video content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms.
This role is not just about editing—it’s about driving clicks, inquiries, appointments, and sales through strategic, creative, and data-driven content.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality videos for:
• Instagram Reels & Stories
• YouTube (Shorts & Long-form)
• Facebook posts & ads
• Create performance-driven content aimed at:
• Increasing engagement
• Driving inquiries, bookings, and sales
• Manage and maintain daily social media posting for both hospital branches
• Optimize videos using:
• Strong hooks (first 3 seconds)
• On-screen text, captions, CTAs
• Trending formats, sounds, and platform algorithms
• Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to translate treatments/services into compelling visual stories
• Repurpose long-form content into short, high-impact clips
• Track performance metrics (reach, clicks, conversions) and continuously improve content
• Ensure brand consistency, professionalism, and medical sensitivity in all content

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Video Editor for social media
• Strong understanding of conversion-focused content (clicks, leads, sales)
• Hands-on experience with:
• Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / Final Cut Pro (or equivalent)
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, Ayurveda, fitness, or medical brands (preferred)
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual psychology
• Understanding of Instagram & YouTube algorithms
• Ability to balance creativity with brand credibility and compliance
• Comfortable working on-site, full-time
