About the role:

We are looking for a creative Video Editor for an office-based, system role, and candidates must have their own system. The role involves creating engaging video content for digital media, marketing campaigns, training materials, and brand communication. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense and hands-on experience with professional video editing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Editing & Production

Edit raw footage into engaging videos for social media, websites, ads, YouTube, training content, and internal communication. Add graphics, animations, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, and background music. Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and quality standards.

2. Content Collaboration

Work closely with the marketing, design, and training teams to understand content requirements. Suggest creative ideas and visual concepts for reels, shorts, promotional videos, and campaigns. Incorporate feedback and revisions within defined timelines.

3. Quality Control & Optimization

Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites, etc.). Maintain consistency in visual style, tone, and branding. Stay updated with current video trends and editing techniques.

Eligibility:

Must have desktop system capable of handling video editing software. Strong understanding of video editing and storytelling principles. Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools. Basic knowledge of motion graphics and audio editing. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects efficiently.

• Both freshers and experienced professionals can apply.Prior experience in EdTech, Digital Marketing, or Corporate Media is an added advantage.
