Are you a creative video editor with a strong eye for clean, high-quality, performance-driven content?
Real Funnels is looking for a Video Editor to join our creative team.

We work with digital-first brands and agencies, creating video content that grabs attention, stops the scroll, and drives results.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-performing video ads for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
• Convert raw footage into engaging videos using captions, transitions, motion graphics & sound effects
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form reels and shorts
• Maintain fast turnaround times without compromising quality
• Follow creative briefs and brand guidelines accurately
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to improve content performance

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in video editing (agency or digital marketing preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools
• Strong storytelling, pacing, and visual sense
• Portfolio showcasing video ads, reels, UGC or branded content
• Ability to work full-time
• Good time management and attention to detail

Bonus: Experience with paid ads or VSL-style content

• Salary: Competitive, based on experience and skill level
